Fairview is seeking a Façade Field Manager to support our growing façade and cladding business across a diverse range of commercial, residential, and high-rise projects.

n

This role involves a combination of office-based technical coordination and regular site visits, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being actively involved throughout the project lifecycle.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Design Management: Collaborate with engineers to resolve design issues and provide technical input during the design and construction phases.
n
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation.
n
- Assist installers by providing training on the façade installation process, resolving engineers' queries, and documenting site inspection reports.
n

About You:

n

You may come from a background in construction, engineering, façades, cladding, building products, or the broader building industry and possess:

n

n
- Experience working on commercial, residential, high-rise, or complex construction projects (highly regarded).
n




- Experience working with builders, architects, designers, or specifiers (highly regarded).
n
- Experience within the building and construction industry
n
- Experience working with builders, architects, designers, or specifiers
n
- Knowledge of construction materials and the building process
n
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
n
- Robust leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
n
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
n
