We are currently a Production Kitchen Cook - working Monday to Friday 5am till 1pm

What you’ll do

- Bulk cook and batch wet dishes for bain-maries; label, date and stage for later shifts.
- Follow SOPs/HACCP, allergen controls, FIFO and temperature checks; clean-as-you-go and end-of-shift cleaning.
- Work to production plans and deadlines; communicate clearly with team

About you

- Experience in canteens, food trucks, fast food chains or similar fast-paced environments
- Previous experience in bulk cooking
- Strong multitasking and explicit communication skills
- Reliable, energetic, and proud of consistent quality
