Food & Beverage Attendant | The Exchange Hotel

The Exchange Hotel is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join the team!

Located in Port Melbourne, The Exchange is a welcoming pub, restaurant and function venue with a range of spaces for dining, drinks and celebrations.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll help create genuine experiences for every guest, from welcoming customers and taking orders through to delivering food and beverages with a friendly, can-do attitude.

What you’ll be doing:

- Welcoming guests and creating a warm, positive first impression

- Taking food and beverage orders accurately

- Delivering meals and drinks efficiently and professionally

- Providing friendly, attentive service throughout each guest’s visit

- Supporting service across the restaurant, bar and function spaces

- Maintaining clean, organised and safe service areas

- Working closely with the broader team to keep service running smoothly

- Supporting the team during busy periods, functions and events





What you’ll bring:

- A passion for hospitality and delivering great customer service

- A positive, team-first attitude

- Strong communication and attention to detail

- The ability to stay calm and organised in a quick-paced venue

- Previous hospitality experience is welcomed, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important

- Availability to work across weekends, evenings and peak periods

- RSA certification is mandatory
