Job Description
Barminco, part of the Perenti Group, is seeking an Inductions Trainer based in Perth, WA.
You will coordinate and deliver premobilisation and simulator training for underground mining, ensuring recent starters are prepared with safety knowledge and operational skills.
The role requires experience in underground mining, robust communication skills, and the ability to tailor training to diverse audiences.
Occasional weekend work is expected, with Monday–Friday flexibility and a focus on workforce
