BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Clinical Educator to lead aged care training and development at the David Buttfield Centre in Gwelup.
You will plan, deliver and evaluate training programs to support staff providing secure, high-quality care.
Reporting to the Clinical Education Lead, you will coordinate site-based education, inductions and compliance reporting, maintaining learning records and liaising with care leaders and external providers to ensure relevant training is delivered.
