Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District invites applications for the role of Patient Safety Manager in Mental Health Services. You will lead the patient safety strategy, develop local operating plans, and promote a culture of safety across the MHS, liaising with Clinical Governance and executives to implement the Safety and Quality Framework.

This permanent full time role offers hybrid work in Warrawong, with an annual salary range of AUD 118,821 – 140,201 plus 12% super.
