Casual Gaming Attendants - The Grand Hotel, Rockdale.

Sitting proudly on Princes Highway and just a short walk from Rockdale Station, we’re known for our no-nonsense approach to good food, valuable drinks, and good times and we are looking for experienced Gaming Attendants, so if you have a passion for great customer service and love creating memorable experiences? – we want you!

What you’ll be doing

Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner

Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Maintaining a clean and organised bar area

Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations

Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a positive customer experience

Delivering outstanding customer service at all times

Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue

What we’re looking for

Current Valid RSA/RCG/ARCG

Strong customer service skills are essential coupled with a fun and outgoing personality.

Flexible availabilities as there will be varying shifts each week

Cocktail making ability and general alcohol knowledge





Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience working in hospitality/pubs and clubs

Experience is highly regarded but willing to train the right candidate
