$75,000 – $85,000 + Super | Full-Time Permanent | Weekend Availability Required

What You'll Be Doing

- Serving customers over the counter and on the phone, turning enquiries into sales




- Sharing your product knowledge to help tradies find the right tool for the job
- Keeping customers in the loop on promotions and deals
- Handling queries and complaints with a solutions-first attitude
- Keeping the store looking sharp with great merchandising and displays
- Continuously building your power tool knowledge through ongoing training

What We're Looking For

- Sales, retail, or customer service experience — or hands-on experience in construction/trade (tradies looking for a break from the tools, this means you!)
- A genuine passion for great customer service
- A proven record of hitting KPIs and targets
- Comfort working with tools and power tools
- An energetic, team-first attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Availability to work weekends
