The Yiros Shop is opening a brand-recent Ferny Grove Central restaurant in early November. We’re seeking a Restaurant Manager to run it, train starting September, and build the operation from the ground up.

You'll lead a 20–30 person team, own the P&L;, and set the standards for a high-performing, Greek-inspired concept. Competitive package includes $80,000 base + super and up to $12,000 annual bonus, with weekend off every fortnight and paid pre-opening training.
