Gateway Health in Northeast Victoria is seeking a Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies Intensive Support Worker to join our team in Wodonga. This role is part-time (60.8 hours per fortnight) and focuses on supporting pregnant women and current mothers throughout their pregnancy and up to 6–8 weeks postnatal.
You will work with women experiencing barriers to care, provide practical support, health promotion, and connections to antenatal and postnatal services, collaborating with maternity and child health
