Monash Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist Grade 2 in a 0.8 EFT, part time ongoing role within the GEM stream to support frail older adults. You will conduct assessments, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and deliver occupation-based interventions to improve quality of life.
You will work in a supportive subacute service with supervision from senior staff and clinical educators, contributing to research and service improvement initiatives.
