Harris & Adams Smash Repairs is looking for a reliable and motivated Trade Assistant to join our busy collision repair workshop in West Gosford.

This is a hands-on role supporting our repair team with vehicle detailing, moving vehicles, workshop duties, and administrative tasks. If you're organised, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

n

As a Trade Assistant, you'll play an important role in ensuring vehicles are presented to a high standard and the workshop operates efficiently.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Vehicle detailing and final presentation before customer collection
n
- Delivering and collecting customer vehicles
n
- Assisting tradespeople with workshop duties as required
n
- Maintaining a clean,



safe, and organised workshop
n
- Managing vehicle movements within the workshop and yard
n
- Supporting administration and reception functions when required
n
- Updating job information and records within company systems
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Current and unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence (essential)
n
- Good computer skills and confidence using workplace software
n
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in vehicle presentation
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
n
- Previous automotive, detailing, or workshop experience is highly regarded but not essential
n
