Job Description
St Vincent de Paul Society Canberra/Goulburn seeks a compassionate ACT Case Worker to provide short-term, practical support to companions referred by ACT Conferences.
You will focus on early intervention, assessment and connecting people with appropriate local services.
Reporting to the Manager – Conference Support, you'll help address immediate needs, build confidence and link clients to longer-term supports, with pathways to services across the ACT.
