Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Customer Accounts Officer to support our East Coast partners from Parramatta, NSW. This full time fixed-term role will focus on account management, collections, and credit control within the National Shared Services Centre.

You will handle high-volume collections, negotiate in arrears, monitor payment deterioration, and generate critical reports. Collaboration with Sales and a flexible approach to hours are essential.
