TAFE NSW is seeking a Human Centred Designer to lead human-centred design initiatives across the course development lifecycle. This role builds HCD capability, embedding creative, customer-focused ways of working and collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will apply user research, co-design, prototyping and testing to inform service delivery and learner outcomes while coaching teams to adopt HCD practices in line with TAFE NSW values.
