We're partnering with a leading global IT consulting firm to find a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant who can lead client engagements and deliver impactful Microsoft Business Applications solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights—with a robust focus on Copilot and AI-driven capabilities.

The Role

- Lead workshops, gather requirements, and design fit‐for‐purpose CE solutions
n
- Advise clients on optimising processes using out‐of‐the‐box Dynamics 365 and AI features
n
- Own functional solution design and collaborate with technical teams on delivery
n
- Support UAT, data migration, and integration discussions
n
- Contribute to presales, proposals, and ongoing client growth
n

What You Bring

- Proven experience in a lead Dynamics 365 CE functional consulting role
n
- Expertise in at least two: Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights
n
- Strong understanding of Copilot in Dynamics 365
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
