Job Description

Bupa Seaforth is seeking a Care Manager to lead the daily clinical operations of the home and to support the General Manager in delivering person-centred care for 76 residents, ensuring a high standard of wellbeing.

You will coach the clinical team, oversee governance and audits, manage medication practices, and liaise with allied health professionals to optimise resident outcomes. AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Nursing are essential, with post‐grad aged care qualifications highly regarded.
