What you'll be doing

- Cooking to a high standard on a fast-paced, high-volume section
- Bringing energy, consistency and pride to every service
- Working closely with our Head Chef and kitchen team to keep standards sharp and service smooth
- Helping shape specials, seasonal menu tweaks and prep systems
- Keeping the kitchen clean,



organised and safe - because good chefs run tight ships

What you bring

- Trade qualification or solid hands-on experience in a similar high-volume venue
- A genuine passion for food, hospitality and working as part of a team
- The ability to stay cool, focused and switched-on when it gets busy
- Strong food safety and kitchen management knowledge
- Full-time availability, including weekends and nights
