Mercy Health is seeking casual Home Care workers to support clients at home in Canberra. You will provide respite, personal care, domestic help and carer support according to care plans, communicating client needs to Care Advisors and ensuring timely information flow.

You will join a multi-disciplinary team, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care with robust organisational and communication skills, while adhering to NDIS checks and CPR-certified requirements.
