Job Description

ShipBob in Altona, VIC is seeking an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist to monitor inventory and execute control processes at partner fulfillment centers. You will run daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, perform location checks, and respond to merchant requests within tight SLAs while collaborating with site leadership.

This on-site, full time role requires 2+ years ICQA/warehousing, fluency in English, WMS and RF scanner experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long
