We’re recruiting for an established landscape construction business delivering high-end residential, commercial and bespoke outdoor projects across Brisbane.

We’re looking for a Construction Team Leader who can take ownership of a crew, solve problems on site and lead from the front — while being supported by experienced leaders, strong systems and a genuinely collaborative team.

The Opportunity You’ll lead an established crew and play a hands‑on role in delivering projects you can genuinely be proud of.

Think architectural homes, high‑end landscapes, beautiful outdoor spaces and complex construction projects — not repetitive, cookie‑cutter work.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading and motivating your crew
- Organising the day and keeping the site moving
- Solving problems and making decisions on site
- Working autonomously while knowing when to ask for support
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and presentation
- Working closely with Project Managers and other construction leaders
- Creating a positive, productive and accountable crew culture
- Helping develop the people around you

You might already be a Team Leader or Leading Hand ready for your next step. Or perhaps you’re an experienced landscaper who’s ready to step into leadership. Your experience might also come from playground or play space construction, carpentry, fencing, retaining or another hands‑on construction setting. You may even have run your own business and decided you want to get back to what you’re really good at — building great things and leading good people — without the pressure of running the entire business.
