Job Description
Synergy is seeking a Mechanical Technical Team Lead at Pinjar Power Station.
You will provide frontline technical leadership and coordinate mechanical maintenance across Pinjar and regional assets, ensuring secure, productive and cost-effective execution of maintenance programs and outages.
You will lead a team of Mechanical Technicians, support asset lifecycle management and reliability improvements, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
