Heidi Health Corp. is seeking a Platform Lead to own the cloud infrastructure and reliability practice.
You will lead a small team of cloud and reliability engineers and stay closely connected with the systems to be hands-on at 3am if needed.You'll define SLIs/SLOs, run incident response, and partner with engineering leads to improve deployment frequency and change lead time across regions including US, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe.
