About the role
About the roleTemporary full time opportunity to facilitate effective business and administrative practices, delegated activities and decisions that ensure the provision of an productive service to clinicians and patients using services provided by IMES.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Manage the provision of skilled administrative staff within IMES through implementation of effective recruitment and selection processes, rosters and leave management systems to ensure effective strategic assignment of staffing
- Be accountable for ensuring established KPIs and other performance measures are met for administration staff in relation to overtime, Flex time and absenteeism ensuring alignment with organisational direction and strategic plans.
- Identify, develop and implement improvement strategies and activities in systems and procedures for administration duties, conduct service reviews and quality audits regularly to ensure data integrity and tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor cost centres and other financial reports to manage administration services budget effectively.
- Identify service priorities relating to approved staffing establishment (FTE), which have the potential to impact on budget performance.
