Queensland-Country-Bank is seeking a energetic L&D; trainer to influence, support and facilitate engaging training across our banking network. The role involves travel regionally to coach on member experience, product knowledge, system usage, onboarding and operational processes within branches.

You will collaborate with branch and regional managers, retail teams and head office functions to uplift capability, prioritise People & Culture, and ensure a fantastic employee experience.
