BASSCARE is seeking a Permanent Full time Senior Payroll Officer to join the Finance team in Melbourne. You will manage end-to-end fortnightly payroll for ~750 staff, ensuring accurate payments in line with awards and agreements.

The role focuses on navigating Enterprise Agreements and Awards, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring governance and compliance across payroll processes.
