Job Description
Our client, Samsung Electronics Australia, is looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Inbound & Inventory Controller to join their team! In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in supporting the management of all aspects of logistics operations across an array of Samsung Electronics Australia's divisions.

Duties & Responsibilities
n
n
- Coordinate inbound shipments with 3PLs, ensuring timely arrival, accurate documentation and prompt system closure.
n
- Support issue resolution across inbound operations, including customs clearance, document validation, shipment redirection and spare parts logistics.
n
- Prepare reports, consolidate data and work with relevant teams to meet operational priorities and compliance requirements.
n
- Monitor and reconcile inventory daily, resolving system discrepancies with warehouses and cross functional teams.
n
- Process inventory tractions in systems and support inventory checks, cycle counts and stock takes when required.
n
- Support ad hoc projects such as rework, SKU reduction, abnormal stock clearance and warehouse related initiatives.
n
- Assist with internal and external surveys or inquiries as needed.
n
- Perform additional tasks related to inbound or inventory operations as assigned.
n

About You
n
n
- High-level understanding and competence within SAP.
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
n
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar position.
n
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
