GPT Group in Sydney is seeking a Property Finance Analyst to join our Logistics Finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
You will deliver accurate reporting, manage month-end processes and support budgeting, forecasting and valuations for a diverse logistics portfolio.Reporting to the Portfolio Finance Manager, you will liaise with external property managers, collaborate with asset teams and assist with Anaplan budgeting, debt reconciliation and investment property revaluations.
