- Provide case management support to young people in residential care and their families to achieve positive outcomes and greater independence.
- Coordinate and monitor individual care plans, working collaboratively with residential care staff, DFFH and external stakeholders to deliver integrated support.
- Oversee the Lead Tenant Program, including the recruitment, supervision and support of Lead Tenants and the case management of participating young people.
- Advocate for young people and facilitate access to services, resources and opportunities that support their wellbeing, development and transition to adulthood.

Remuneration
Expected commencing salary of $95,057.01 per annumplus statutory superannuation.

Desired Skills and Experience
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Community Services, Social Science, or other relevant tertiary studies.
- Demonstrated experience in case management with young people, families and complex support needs.
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed practice, child protection frameworksand Best Interests case planning.
- Understanding of the needs of adolescents and young people with experiences of trauma, out-of-home careand child protection involvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to MASP's values and client-centred approach
