We are seeking an experienced Workday Financial Business Analyst to support a large-scale transformation program, translating strategic business objectives into high-quality functional requirements and driving delivery in Workday solutions.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Translate transformation objectives into clear Workday Financial functional requirements
n
- Elicit, document and validate current and future-state processes, including end-to-end process mapping
n
- Produce functional designs and solution options aligned with Workday capabilities and constraintsIdentify and recommend process improvements across Core Financials, Expenses, Financial Planning and Projects
n
- Partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, technical teams and implementation vendors to deliver outcomes
n
- Support project scope management across Jira and Signavio, including in-scope clarification and change impact assessment
n
- Own workstream deliverables, quality assurance and business sign‐off
n
- Manage project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID), escalating where required
n




- Prioritise and deliver work in line with program timelines and interdependencies
n
- Work closely with change and impact teams to assess and manage business impacts of changes
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Proven end-to-end experience in delivering Workday Financial Management functional within large, complex multi-phase transformation programs
n
- Demonstrated experience across full implementation lifecycle, including design, configuration, implementation and optimisation
n
- Strong hands‐on knowledge and experience across core and adjacent Workday Financial Management modules
n
- Solid experience producing high-quality functional designs, process maps and solution options
n
- Confident and effective stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in working closely with senior leaders, SMEs and vendors
n
- Strong delivery mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
n
- Experience working with tools such as Jira and Signavio (or similar)
n
