You might already be a Practice Manager. Or you might be the experienced Dental Receptionist, Treatment Coordinator, 2IC or Clinical Coordinator everyone already turns to when something needs to get done.

Smile On Camp Hill is looking for a hands-on leader to take ownership of our busy practice, support our clinicians and team, and create an exceptional experience for our patients.

This isn’t a role where you’ll disappear into an office all day. You’ll be front and centre in the practice — greeting patients, supporting reception, keeping the day running smoothly and leading your team from the floor.

And if this is your first Practice Manager position, you won't be expected to figure it all out on your own.

You’ll work closely with your Regional Manager and have the backing of Smile On's dedicated HR, Marketing and Accounts teams.

At Camp Hill, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Lead an established team of 6 clinicians and 6 auxiliary staff

Be the face of the practice and stay connected with patients

Take ownership of the daily operation of the clinic

Lead,



coach and develop your team

Work closely with an experienced Regional Manager

Have the support of dedicated HR, Marketing and Accounts teams

Build your leadership and operational skills

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?

You’ll be the person helping keep everything moving.

That includes:

Supporting reception and delivering an exceptional patient experience

Managing busy appointment books and clinician schedules

Identifying gaps and opportunities in the diary

Rostering and coordinating the team

Leading morning huddles and keeping everyone aligned

Coaching, supporting and holding team members accountable

Overseeing stock and ordering

Implementing practice systems and protocols

Maintaining high standards of presentation and patient care

Working with your Regional Manager on practice performance and growth

Most importantly, you’ll lead from the front. If reception gets busy, you help. If tomorrow’s book has gaps, you act. If a team member needs direction, you provide it. If you see an opportunity to make something better, you don’t wait to be asked.
