The Role

As a Casual Chef, you'll be a key part of our kitchen team, delivering fresh, beautifully presented meals that keep our members and guests coming back. Reporting to the Café Manager, you'll:

- Prepare and present high-quality café meals to brand standards
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage prep, stock rotation and portion control
- Support menu execution and seasonal changes
- Work collaboratively with café and front-of-house teams

- Highly skilled across breakfast and lunch service




- Confident working autonomously and taking ownership of your section
- Organised, efficient and calm under pressure
- Available for flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends
