Western Sydney Local Health District’s Transitional Aged Care Program at Blacktown Hospital is seeking a Physiotherapist Level 1/2 to support older adults as they transition through their healthcare journey. You will apply advanced clinical reasoning to assess and treat a diverse caseload in a collaborative team.

You will supervise juniors and students, contribute to ongoing education and quality improvement, and promote evidence-based practice in a energetic environment.
