What you'll be responsible for:

- Providing leadership to the boutique team, including coaching and performance development
n
- Overseeing daily operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and client service standards
n
- Building and nurturing long‐term client relationships, including driving appointments and exclusive client events
n
- Developing and empowering a passionate team to deliver an exceptional client experience
n
- Identifying opportunities to grow the boutique's performance while maintaining brand excellence
n
- Collaborating with internal partners and senior leadership to deliver strategic goals
n

About you:

- Proven leadership experience within luxury or premium retail
n
- A natural leader who inspires, motivates, and drives results
n
- Deep understanding of clienteling and delivering elevated customer experiences
n
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and identify opportunities
n
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
n
