Our Chatswood boutique is looking for a Sales & Service Manager to lead from the floor, inspire a large team and create an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through the door.
We're looking for a natural people leader, someone who genuinely loves coaching, developing and bringing out the best in others, while having the commercial drive to deliver outstanding sales results.
You'll be responsible for: Leading, coaching and developing a large, high-performing team Creating a premium, highly personalised guest experience Driving sales performance, accountability and commercial results Identifying opportunities and turning them into action Building a robust culture of feedback,
