Under the direction of the Lifestyle Coordinator at Daylesford Aged Care, you will assist in the design and implementation of lifestyle activities to engage residents in purposeful and meaningful programs.

Lifestyle programs are designed to support, challenge and enhance the physical, psychological, social, and emotional wellbeing of residents.

n

Details of Appointment:

6-month fixed-term, part time position, working 32 hours per fortnight + Superannuation

All appointments to Central Highlands Rural Health are subject to a satisfactory clearance of a National Police Check. Employee Working with Children Check and NDIS checks are required for some positions within the organisation. Successful applicants will be required to provide evidence of an immunisation assessment prior to commencement. It is mandatory for all employees who work within the Health Care Sector have their flu vaccinations. Evidence must be provided prior to commencement with Central Health Rural Health.
