dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our Outbound Tele sales Team. As
a nationally leading workwear company, we are expanding our team and looking for

talented individuals to contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to

prospective customers with the goal of generating sales.

- Build and maintain strong customer

relationships through effective communication and follow-up.

- Understand customer needs and

recommend products that align with their requirements.

- Achieve and exceed sales

targets on a consistent basis.

- Keep accurate records of

customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with team members

and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications, Education & Experience

- Proven experience in outbound telesales or a related sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
