Job Description

n

The ESM Learning Developerwill be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-qualitylearning solutions that support the successful adoption of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) processes and technologies. The role partners with SMEs, Change Team, project teams, and business stakeholders to develop engaging learningexperiences, training materials, and capability uplift initiatives that driveuser adoption and business readiness.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Understand Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and validate capability gaps.
n
- Develop eLearning, simulations,product Videos (with voice over), Quick Reference Guides (QRGs),



workinstructions, and facilitator guides.
n
- Design role-based learningpathways and training plans.
n
- Support Train-the-Trainer, UAT,go-live, and post-go-live learning activities.
n
- Collaborate with businessstakeholders and SMEs to validate learning content.
n
- Maintain and continuouslyimprove learning assets and knowledge resources.
n

Skills &Experience;

n

n
- Australian Citizen with the abilityto obtain and maintain required police clearances.
n
- Mandatory: Experience with SAP Enable Nowforlearning content development.
n
- Experience developing digitallearning solutions for large-scale business transformation programs.
n
- Solid instructional design andadult learning knowledge.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
n
- Excellent stakeholderengagement, communication, and content development skills.
n
- Highly Desirable: Experience with Clipchamp,
n
- Desirable: Walk Me Learning, orother digital learning and video authoring tools.
n
- Desirable Knowledge of Service Now and Enterprise Service Management processes is highly regarded.
