Sous Chef & CDP– Bottarga (Brighton) - Sponsorship Available - 1 Hat Restaurant Bottarga is looking for a full-time Sous Chef and experienced CDP to join our small, passionate kitchen team in Brighton from end of September/beginning of October.

We are an intimate, chef-driven restaurant with an open kitchen, focused on quality produce, refined technique, and thoughtful food with Italian influence, Asian touches, and seasonal Australian ingredients.

About the role Full-time position -5 nights - 40 hours per week - 2 Days Off Work closely with our chef/owner in a small professional kitchen Prepare and run your own section during service Support daily prep, plating, organisation, and kitchen standards Be part of the only award winning restaurant in the area, with strong food, wine,
