About the Role

n

As a Sunnycare Home Care Worker, you will provide support and assistance to elderly clients with Home Care Packages (Level 1-4), helping them live independently in their own homes.

- Companionship and social activities
n
- Domestic tasks and household support
n
- Transportation to appointments and activities
n

About You

n





To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Experience providing home care services to elderly clients and/or NDIS participants
n
- Professional proficiency in English
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
- A smartphone with internet access
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
n
- Current Australian Federal Police Check
n
- A reliable and clean registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
n
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support / Home and Community Care
n
- Australian residency or valid working rights in Australia
n
