- Conduct quality assessments of incoming and outgoing products against customer specifications and required quality standards.
n
- Perform compliance checks in accordance with customer specifications, internal procedures and relevant standards.
n
- Conduct daily product retention, end-of-shelf-life (EOSL) and shelf-life assessments.
n
- Complete regular site GMP checks to support compliance with GMP, HACCP and food safety requirements.
n
- Deliver GMP training and guidance to Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) and other relevant staff.
n
- Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate and up-to-date Quality Assurance documentation.
n
- Conduct and accurately record daily cool room temperature checks.
n
- Identify, report and elevate any issues relating to quality, technical principles, protocols or processes.
n




- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and other relevant activities as required.
n
- Proactively identify opportunities and recommend solutions to improve team performance and operational processes.
n
- Manage assigned tasks and priorities in a professional, organised and timely manner.
n
- Inspect incoming and outgoing stock to ensure all required quality standards and customer specifications are met.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to safely perform the inherent physical requirements of the role, including repeated manual handling of loads up to 15-20 kg at heights between floor and shoulder level, with or without reasonable adjustment.

- Strong time management and organisational skills, with a methodical and structured approach to work.

- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and manage competing tasks in a challenging and fast-paced workplace.

- Practical knowledge and experience working within an operational environment.
