Your Current Role
n
Join our Technology team and help deliver high-quality digital experiences that support over one million members. As a QA Software Tester, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of technology solutions through comprehensive testing, defect management and continuous improvement of testing practices.
n

- Max term opportunity until the end of May 2027 (Parental Leave Cover)

Key responsibilities include:
n
n
- Create and execute test scenarios, test cases and test data to validate functional and non-functional requirements.
n
- Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies and test execution approaches aligned to project objectives
n
- Execute testing activities across system integration, regression, user acceptance and production verification testing.
n
- Identify, manage and report defects, working closely with stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
n
- Monitor and communicate testing progress, coverage and defect status to project teams and stakeholders.
n
- Identify opportunities for test automation and support the implementation of testing frameworks and tools.
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, uplifting quality assurance practices and delivery standards.

How do you exceed our expectations?
n
n
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
n
- Extensive experience managing end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects and releases.
n
- Hands-on experience with test management tools such as Xray, Jira, TestRail, or equivalent.
n
- Proven ability to develop test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test execution reports.
n
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and release planning.
n
- Strong defect management skills, including triage, root cause analysis, and risk assessment.
n
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools, with the ability to identify automation opportunities.
