Victorian Auditor-General's Office (VAGO) is seeking a Human Resources Director to provide strategic and operational leadership of the people and culture function. You will ensure workforce capability, culture, governance and systems align to strategic objectives and value-driven performance.

You will lead enterprise bargaining and industrial relations, drive employee engagement, and oversee HR services across the lifecycle while upholding integrity and independence in Victoria's public sector.
