The Role of Food & Beverage Attendant

n

n
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to all guests in a warm and professional manner
n
- Ensure prompt, accurate, and attentive delivery of food and beverage offerings
n
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menus, beverages and specials
n
- Uphold the highest standards of presentation, hygiene and cleanliness
n
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure seamless service
n
- Contribute to a positive, energetic and high performing team environment
n

Setting you up for Success

n

n
- 6-12 months experience in Restaurant, Breakfast or Event service
n
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
n
- Flexibility in availability, including weekends and public holidays
n
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
n
- Five-Star experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
