At Focus Care, we're seeking caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team. With a minimum of two hours spent with each client, you'll have the opportunity to build genuine connections, get to know the people you support, and make a positive impact in their everyday lives.

We are currently recruiting Support Workers for participants on the Gold Coast (Main Beach).
n
Our services runMonday to Sunday, making this role a great fit for experienced Support Workers, nursing students, allied health students, or anyone passionate about helping others live independently.

What We're Looking For
n
You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and is committed to providing high-quality support.
n
To join our team, you'll need:
n
n
- A current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
n
- NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain one)
n
- Availability to work at least 10-15 hours per week, Monday to Sunday
n
- A willingness to assist with, personal care, transport, community access,
domestic assistance and social support
n
- The ability to travel to participants' homes
n
