Job Description

ResourceCo is seeking a commercially focused Manager – Contracts & Tenders to lead contract negotiation, tendering, and commercial governance across our national operations.

This is a senior role partnering with legal, finance, operations, and sales to secure major project opportunities, manage risk, and drive consistent commercial outcomes across infrastructure and resource recovery projects.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead negotiation and execution of major customer contracts for large infrastructure projects
n
- Manage contract risk, insurance, bonding, and compliance requirements
n
- Translate contractual obligations into clear operational outcomes
n
- Lead end-to-end tendering (EOIs, proposals) for Tier 1 & Tier 2 clients
n
- Identify and manage opportunities to maintain a strong pipeline
n
- Build relationships with key clients, contractors, and partners
n
- Drive consistency in commercial governance, processes, and reporting
n

About You

n

n
- Extensive experience in contracts, commercial, or tendering roles
n
- Proven experience negotiating complex infrastructure or materials contracts
n
- Strong understanding of commercial law, risk,



and contract strategy
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
n
- Commercially astute with solid analytical capability
n
- Industry experience in construction, waste, or resource recovery (preferred)
n
