About the role:

Based at the Arundel Commercial Centre, you will be a key part of the Used Vehicles team, helping customers find the right vehicle while building lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Your day-to-day will include:

n

n
- Guiding customers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry and test drives through to delivery, so every interaction reflects the standard Frizelle Sunshine Automotive is known for
n
- Managing a pipeline of leads across walk-in, phone, and digital channels, giving you genuine variety in how you spend your time
n
- Presenting and demonstrating used vehicles with confidence, drawing on your product knowledge to match customers with the right fit
n
- Working toward individual sales targets that reward your effort directly
n
- Collaborating with finance and after-sales teams to ensure a smooth handover experience for every customer
n

About You:

n

You bring energy, honesty, and a genuine interest in people, and you understand that a excellent sale starts with a great conversation.

More about you:

n

n
- Previous experience in vehicle sales or a customer-facing sales role is highly regarded
n
- A current Queensland driver's licence is essential
n
- Strong communication skills that help customers feel informed and confident in their decision
n
- Comfortable working to targets,



with a track record of following through

- Organised and self-directed, able to manage multiple customers and conversations without losing focus on detail

- A collaborative approach that fits well within a team that supports each other to succeed
