Shred-X Australia is seeking a motivated and experienced Destruction Centre Supervisor to lead our warehouse and production team, overseeing day-to-day production.

What You'll Do

n

- Lead with impact in a hands‐on role
n
- Promote a strong culture of teamwork and accountability, monitoring team performance, attendance, downtime, and morale
n
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality processes
n
- Monitor equipment performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase productivity
n




- Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a safe, clean and presentable work setting
n
- Work with the State Manager to drive productivity and efficiency
n

What You Bring

n

- A positive, can‐do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
n
- Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment
n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to lead
n
- Mechanical understanding of production equipment is advantageous
n
- A commitment to safe work practices and continuous improvement
n
- Physical fitness to thrive in a hands‐on role
n
- A current forklift licence is required
