What You’ll Do
- Lead Shifts & Support Store Leadership
- Take ownership of daily store operations during assigned shifts
- Open and close the store in accordance with company procedures
- Act as the senior team member on duty when Store Management is not present
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in delivering key business objectives
- Make confident decisions and resolve operational or customer issues as they arise
- Ensure company policies, procedures and store standards are consistently upheld
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
- Build genuine connections with customers, fans and collectors
- Share product knowledge and introduce recent collections with confidence
- Drive sales through upselling, cross‑selling and customer engagement
- Handle customer enquiries and escalations professionally and effectively
- Support Team Performance
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members
- Provide coaching and day‑to‑day guidance to Sales Associates
- Lead by example and set the standard for customer service and store execution
- Help foster a positive, accountable and high‑performing team culture
- Support productivity and service standards during peak trading periods and major product launches
- Maintain Operational Excellence
- Support inventory accuracy, stock management and merchandising standards
- Assist with stocktakes, deliveries and product launches
- Monitor store presentation and take ownership of maintaining a customer‑ready environment
- Process transactions accurately and support loss prevention initiatives
- Ensure opening, trading and closing routines are completed accurately and on time
Who You Are

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' retail experience in a fast‑paced customer‑facing environment
- Previous experience as a Senior Sales Associate, Keyholder, Team Leader or similar role highly regarded
- Experience opening and closing a retail store
- Demonstrated ability to support, coach and motivate team members
- Strong understanding of retail operations, customer service and store standards
- Ability to take accountability for store performance during assigned shifts
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Requirements
This is a permanent full‑time position averaging 38 hours per week. Flexible availability across all 7 days is required. Typical rosters include weekends, late‑night trading and public holidays. We aim to provide structured rosters with two consecutive days off in a standard week, supporting work‑life balance and roster consistency. Airport trading hours range from 6am to 10pm. Full‑Time employees are required to work a rotation of mornings, day and night shifts (For example, 2 x morning, 2 x day, 1 x night) each week. Availability throughout our peak trading season (November to January) is essential.
Full and permanent Australian working rights are required.
