A Little Bit About the Role…
As a member of our Pop-Up Store Team, you'll help create an exceptional in-store experience while bringing the Kathmandu brand to life.
Depending on your experience and the role you are appointed to, you may:
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing expert product advice and creating genuine customer connections.
Support the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring presentation, stock, and merchandising standards are consistently maintained.
Drive sales results by helping customers find the right gear for their next adventure.
Lead and inspire a team (Store Manager roles), creating a positive culture and supporting team development.
Maintain operational excellence, including stock management, compliance, and safety standards.
Represent the Kathmandu brand, sharing our commitment to sustainability, adventure, and outdoor living.
